ProWhey Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the ProWhey mobile app ("the app", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide when you register: username, first name, surname, phone number, email address (optional), gender, age, and your province, district and town.
- Member profile (optional, if you become a member): WhatsApp number, fitness goal, fitness level, favourite sports, occupation, whether you work in the fitness industry, and your nearest store.
- Business / wholesaler application (optional): business details, business address, business WhatsApp number, expected monthly purchase amount, and the business location if you choose "Use current location".
- Location: only with your permission and only while the app is in use. It is used to show the stores nearest to you, to capture your business location when you ask for it, and to determine your approximate region (city and country) for analytics. We do not track your location in the background.
- Purchase history: invoices of purchases you made in our stores, linked to your customer account.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
- Device and usage information: a device identifier, device model, operating system version, and how you use the app (screens viewed, products viewed, actions taken).
- Google Sign-In (if you choose it): your name and email address from your Google account.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and membership.
- To show product availability in your preferred and nearest stores.
- To review and manage wholesaler applications.
- To show your purchase history and your member barcode in the app.
- To answer your messages and provide customer support.
- To understand how the app is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not show third-party advertising in the app.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run the app, under their own privacy terms:
- Google Firebase (analytics and authentication).
- PostHog (product analytics).
- Google Maps (displaying store locations).
- Our hosting providers for the app backend and our store management system.
Security
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Login tokens are stored in the secure storage of your device.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Account → Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing us from the email or phone number registered on your account. After deletion your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
Your rights
You can access and correct your information in the app, and you can ask us for a copy of your data or for its deletion by contacting us.
Children
The app is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.

سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق ProWhey
توضح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق ProWhey للهاتف المحمول معلوماتك ويستخدمها ويحميها. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
- معلومات الحساب التي تقدمها عند التسجيل: اسم المستخدم، والاسم الأول، والكنية، ورقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني اختياريًا، والجنس، والعمر، والمحافظة والمنطقة والبلدة.
- ملف العضوية اختياريًا عند الانضمام كعضو: رقم واتساب، وهدفك الرياضي، ومستوى لياقتك، ورياضاتك المفضلة، ومهنتك، وهل تعمل في مجال اللياقة، وأقرب فرع لك.
- طلب حساب تاجر الجملة اختياريًا: بيانات النشاط التجاري، وعنوانه، ورقم واتساب الخاص به، وقيمة المشتريات الشهرية المتوقعة، وموقع المحل إذا اخترت استخدام موقعك الحالي.
- الموقع الجغرافي: بإذنك فقط وأثناء استخدام التطبيق فقط. نستخدمه لعرض الفروع الأقرب إليك، ولالتقاط موقع محلك التجاري عند طلبك، ولمعرفة منطقتك التقريبية أي المدينة والدولة لأغراض التحليلات. لا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية.
- سجل المشتريات: فواتير مشترياتك من فروعنا المرتبطة بحساب العميل الخاص بك.
- الرسائل التي ترسلها إلينا عبر نموذج التواصل.
- معلومات الجهاز والاستخدام: معرّف الجهاز، وطرازه، وإصدار نظام التشغيل، وطريقة استخدامك للتطبيق مثل الشاشات والمنتجات التي تشاهدها والإجراءات التي تقوم بها.
- تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google إن اخترته: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني من حسابك في Google.
كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
- لإنشاء حسابك وعضويتك وإدارتهما.
- لعرض توفر المنتجات في فرعك المفضل والفروع الأقرب إليك.
- لمراجعة طلبات تجار الجملة وإدارتها.
- لعرض سجل مشترياتك والباركود الخاص بعضويتك داخل التطبيق.
- للرد على رسائلك وتقديم الدعم.
- لفهم طريقة استخدام التطبيق وتحسينه.
لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية، ولا نعرض إعلانات من جهات خارجية داخل التطبيق.
مقدمو الخدمات
نشارك البيانات فقط مع الجهات التي تساعدنا في تشغيل التطبيق، وفق شروط الخصوصية الخاصة بها:
- خدمة Google Firebase للتحليلات وتسجيل الدخول.
- خدمة PostHog لتحليلات الاستخدام.
- خرائط Google لعرض مواقع الفروع.
- مزودو الاستضافة لخادم التطبيق ونظام إدارة المتجر.
الأمان
كل الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفرة عبر HTTPS، ورموز تسجيل الدخول محفوظة في التخزين الآمن لجهازك.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطًا. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق عبر الحساب ثم الملف الشخصي ثم حذف الحساب، أو بمراسلتنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني مع ذكر البريد أو رقم الهاتف المسجّل في حسابك. بعد الحذف يُعطَّل حسابك فورًا، وتُحذف بياناتك الشخصية أو تُجهَّل خلال 30 يومًا، باستثناء السجلات التي يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها مثل الفواتير.
حقوقك
يمكنك الاطلاع على معلوماتك وتصحيحها داخل التطبيق، ويمكنك أن تطلب منا نسخة من بياناتك أو حذفها عبر التواصل معنا.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لمن هم بعمر 18 عامًا فما فوق، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات الأطفال.
التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويوضح تاريخ السريان أعلاه آخر إصدار منها.
